At Gift of Play, our story is one of faith, family, and second chances. What began as a dream in a mother’s heart has grown into a joyful space where children can explore, parents can connect, and families can flourish together.

Through the grace of God and the strength of our family, we’ve turned a vision born from hope into a place filled with purpose. Gift of Play is more than a business — it’s a reflection of what happens when you trust God’s plan and create from a place of love. Here, every giggle, every connection, and every moment shared is a reminder of His faithfulness and the joy that comes from walking in His truth.

Our Story
Gift of Play was born from faith, love, and the belief that light can grow from even the darkest places. Before this dream took shape, life looked very different. I was a mom of three boys, rebuilding our lives after years of hardship and domestic abuse.

For a long time, I carried a vision in my heart — to create a joyful, safe space for children and families — but I didn’t yet have the peace or support to bring it to life.
Then, in 2017, everything changed. God brought my husband, John (“Kiki”), into our lives — a true gift who brought love, laughter, and light into our home.
Through his faith and encouragement, and by God’s grace, I was able to step into the calling I always felt in my heart: to create something that would bless others.
Gift of Play is more than a business to us — it’s a testimony of God’s goodness, a reminder that beauty can rise from brokenness, and that with faith, family, and love, anything is possible.
